I was looking around for a new barber and a friend recommended me to Kara after seeing some of her social media posts. Kara uses a detailed approach, but still moves quickly. I made an appointment for the longer, detailed cut, and when it only took 30 minutes, she charged me for the shorter session. The hair cut grows out looking good every week. This is my new go to barbershop in Grand Rapids, great for a solid professional look.

I found Kara with Truth & Triumph on a last second appointment which had to be pure luck! Hands down the best and most informative hair cut I've ever had. I explained my past troubles with your typical "barbers" and she was just shaking her head lol. She proceeded to explain, like a professor, how and why my specific hair should be cut. Even my wife was in super impressed with the experience. If you're hunting for the real deal then book with Kara!

I came in for the Continental package and it was honestly one of the most relaxing haircut experiences I’ve ever had. Kara took the time to really understand my hair type and texture, gave me exactly the cut I was looking for, and even coached me on the best ways to style it at home. Great service, great haircut, and overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
